メール配送エラー connection died. (#4.4.2)
管理下のメールアカウントから、メール返送の連絡がありました。
[ エラー内容 ]
返送メール：Connected to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx but connection died. (#4.4.2)
相手方qmail log：
did not issue MAIL/EXPN/VRFY/ETRN during connection to MTA
[ 原因 ]
相手方サーバの帯域不足or処理能力不足
[ 対策 ]
qmailのtimeoutconnectを変更。
※設定確認 /var/qmail/bin/qmail-showctl
